An exciting opportunity to become part of the most admired Australian Lifestyle brand house, Country Road. As a Casual Sales Consultant in our new concession locations across Myer nationally, you will collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable service and seamless execution of operational processes.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing an exceptional customer experience by offering great service, excellent product knowledge, and a seamless point of sale transaction.
  • Consistently exceeding customer expectations to ensure they return to us.
  • Living and role modeling the CRG values, collaborating with your store team to deliver results and contribute to team experience.
  • Maintaining a safe work environment for team members and everyone who visits our store, focusing on promoting wellbeing.
  • Understanding the brand and CRG strategy, demonstrating this in your day-to-day work.
  • Utilizing available tools to stay up-to-date with the latest products, sharing your knowledge with customers.
  • Assisting with store visual merchandising and presentation to brand standards.
  • Contributing to smooth store operations through effective stock management and loss prevention, providing recommendations to your leader.
