Senior Merchandise Planning Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Merchandise Planning Executive to join our leadership team. This role will play a critical part in shaping and executing our brand elevating merchandise strategy.

In this senior leadership position, you will partner with the Australian Leadership Team to deliver timeless style and elevated experiences for our customers.

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of merchandising professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop local insights on consumer trends, pricing, and competitors to inform product strategies.
  • Craft seasonal product briefs that balance market needs with brand vision.
  • Collaborate with APAC Buying & Planning to curate compelling assortments.
  • Support retail expansion with merchandise plans for new stores and activations.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven leadership and management experience in merchandise planning within the fashion/apparel retail field.
  • Exceptional Excel and data analysis skills to drive business decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop innovative product strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage stakeholders.

This is a full-time position, reporting directly to the Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing and supply chain management within the retail apparel and fashion industry.
