Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist

Nabenet is a leading provider of medico-legal services, seeking an experienced registered Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Rehab Counsellor to join our team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled professional to conduct high-quality Common Law assessments for metropolitan Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert opinions on work capacity and disability, working closely with claimants, lawyers, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Common-Law services, including inquiries, relationship management, and case management.
- Develop and provide Common-Law assessments, including Vocational Assessments, Labour Market Analysis, and Suitable Duties Reports.
- Utilize your problem-solving skills, clinical experience, and knowledge of injury management to perform common law assessments.
- Liaise with a variety of stakeholders, including insurance companies, medical practitioners, employers, and employees.
- Tertiary qualification and current registration with the AHPRA in either Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Rehabilitation Counselling.
- Minimum of three years of OR experience at a provider or insurer.
- Experience in completing assessments and making recommendations.
- Knowledge and understanding of Common Law Assessment writing highly desirable.
