Podiatrist - Community Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Podiatrist to join our dedicated allied health care team at Integratedliving Australia. As a Podiatrist, you will play a vital role in promoting the wellbeing of our aged and vulnerable clients, enabling them to live independent lives in their own community.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of clients' circumstances, making recommendations to resolve complex and unique situations.
- Provide direct client contact and clinical care, including telehealth and face-to-face consultations.
- Manage a portfolio of mixed clients with diverse needs, providing person-centered strength-based goals for client enablement.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to clients and liaise with their carers, case managers, and other health partners.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate services to maintain and improve clients' health and independence.
- Deliver group sessions to promote health and wellbeing within the community and support enablement and wellness.
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Podiatry and AHPRA registration.
- Satisfactory Police check.
- Current First Aid and CPR.
- Current driver license and ability to travel for client care.
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-developed IT skills and experience with client management software.
- Experience working with a multidisciplinary team and exposure to collaborative practices.
- Sound clinical knowledge and ability to deal with complex issues.
