Job Opportunity for Individual Support Trainer/Assessor

We are seeking an experienced trainer to deliver high-quality training and assessment services to students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in individual support and the ability to create engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage a professional profile, including managing availability on a calendar.
  • Prepare lessons to a high standard using provided materials and personal touches.
  • Arrive promptly, maintain a professional appearance, and accurately complete necessary paperwork.
  • Ensure students have a positive social and linguistic experience.

What Success Looks Like:

In the first month, you will receive comprehensive onboarding and get class-ready. You will then accept bookings and start teaching dynamic classes (unsupervised). You will develop your own teaching methodology and receive guidance as needed.

In the second month, you will own your classes fully and attend institutions to facilitate positive learning experiences. You will consistently receive positive and/or constructive feedback.

In following months, you will be frequently requested by managers and have established relationships with teachers, students, and centre managers.

You will report to our Talent Partner for VET and Higher Ed, who has experience in recruitment and collaboration with high-performing teams that drive business growth.
