Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Training Delivery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training activities across various properties to ensure effective learning outcomes and positive orientation experiences for new team members.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement quality training needs for Team Members, working closely with various stakeholders to meet the training requirements of our staff. You will be responsible for:

  • Organising and facilitating the employee onboarding and reboarding process, including Welcome Day and F&B Onboarding support.
  • Scheduling, governing, and managing The Star Academy offerings, as well as learning modules and attendance.
  • Providing data analysis and reporting for various The Star Gold Coast initiatives.
  • Responding professionally to L&D queries from diverse stakeholders across the business.
  • Developing and implementing internal procedures for the efficient coordination of L&D activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or relevant experience in Learning & Development is desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in facilitating with exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with high volume and strict timelines.
  • A solid understanding of The Star Entertainment's operations and offerings.
  • Highly organised individual with advanced Excel/computer literacy.
