  • Lead in the design and implementation of strategic frameworks, partnerships, and advocacy approaches that drive long-term social outcomes and stakeholder value.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape business unit priorities and influence key policy, regulatory, and industry sector initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

  • Leadership skills with the ability to lead high-performing teams.
  • Significant previous experience in social performance, stakeholder strategy, advocacy, or partnership development, preferably in the energy, infrastructure, or resources sector.
  • Proven ability to develop, implement, and evaluate business-aligned strategies and frameworks that drive long-term social outcomes and stakeholder value.
