Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide expert guidance and support to our customers. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting best practices, optimizing operational efficiency, and delivering technical advice to minimize costs.

  • Assume the role of an ambassador for our organization, interacting with customers and providing support across various levels.
  • Promote a customer-centric culture, emphasizing adherence to our values and mission.
  • Provide assistance and liaison services to ensure our interests are represented during various processes.
  • Collaborate with customers and our internal departments to determine and process warranty claims.
  • Deliver on-site training and provide factual reports to both customers and our internal teams.

As a key member of our team, you will be available 24/7 to assist with customer issues and priorities.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong aviation background, with a college diploma in Aviation Maintenance or equivalent. You should also possess general management skills, including budgeting, time management, goal setting, and organization.

You must be able to communicate fluently in English (written and spoken) at all levels, with tact and diplomacy. Multilingual skills are an asset.
