Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee our stores across Sydney and provide support for our managers in the Hawkesbury and Newcastle.

This full-time position requires excellent communication skills, a sense of humour, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

We are looking for someone who is energetic, motivated, and able to lead the team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all our stores across Sydney, as well as providing support for our managers in the Hawkesbury and Newcastle.

This role involves:

  • Managing staff, including training, employment, education, and mentoring
  • Ensuring stores are in good condition, systems are implemented, including ordering, wastage, quality control, hygiene, and safety
  • Organising rosters
  • Maintaining effective communication between front-of-house and kitchen teams
  • Organising catering orders with customers
  • Filling in when needed
  • Being able to work alongside the teams when needed
  • Helping to set up new locations
  • Enhancing the team culture, customer service skills, and product knowledge

Key Responsibilities

Please note that this job is hands-on and requires you to be able to work in the stores to provide training and ensure everything runs smoothly.
