Asset Management Specialist

The Asset Management Specialist will lead the development and implementation of asset management frameworks, policies, and procedures. This role requires strategic leadership and direction to the Asset Management department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies, policies, and procedures across all assets
  • Lead and manage the prioritisation and allocation of infrastructure budgets
  • Develop and manage the implementation of renewal modelling across all asset classes
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date asset data within asset management and spatial systems
Requirements:

To be successful in this position, you will have extensive experience leading an asset management function at a strategic level in a large and complex organisation. You will also have extensive knowledge and experience in managing asset management systems and databases, as well as experience leading and managing a multidisciplinary team of professionals.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is $204,219 per annum, inclusive of super and leave loading. Additionally, you will have access to a range of team member benefits, including flexible working arrangements and professional development opportunities.

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of autonomy and independence. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing asset management strategies, policies, and procedures, as well as leading and managing a team of professionals.
