Your Key Responsibilities- Coordinate campaign administration tasks, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
- Develop and schedule email communications to engage audiences and meet goals.
- Conduct performance testing to optimize email campaigns for engagement, compatibility, and device optimization.
- Manage and maintain an email marketing calendar, aligning it with business objectives and priorities.
- Analyse and report on email performance, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Experience in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on email marketing or marketing automation tools.
- A solid understanding of all digital marketing channels, including websites, social media, and direct communications.
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management capabilities.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
- A bachelor's degree or tertiary study in digital marketing or a related field is desirable.
