Job Description

You will extend your passion for numbers and data to provide invaluable insights and reporting for our P&C team and the broader network. As a Reporting Analyst, you will spearhead the delivery of people reporting across the business, ensuring its accuracy and relevance for strategic decision-making.

  2. Develop dashboards and uphold business intelligence (BI) administration ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  3. Provide vital support to P&C by delivering periodic and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
  4. Proactively identify data trends and anomalies and provide insights and recommendations for improvement and optimisation in reporting.
  5. Participate in projects that require data analysis and reporting support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  1. Proficiency and demonstrated experience in business intelligence systems.
  2. Experience in the creation of PowerBi dashboards & Reports, including loading and joining data from multiple sources, visualisations and DAX.
  3. A working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors in both Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll, while being open to learning and adapting to new systems.
  4. Knowledge of Power Automate.
  5. Exceptional proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced features such as pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas, and charting functions.
  6. Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently communicate and present data with meaningful insights and findings to all levels of management, including our Executive Leadership Team.
  7. The capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, effectively multitask, and prioritize tasks.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to use data and insights to drive recommendations.
