Key Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and flexible coordinator to support our busy creative operations team. As Creative Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing team schedules, tracking expenses, booking shoots, and assisting producers with location scouting and talent packs.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our business.

Responsibilities
  • Manage team schedules and track shoot production expenses
  • Book e-commerce and creative flats shoots in studio
  • Assist Producers with location scouting, talent packs, travel booking and catering
  • Support the production & creative teams with ad hoc errands and prop sourcing
Requirements
  • Highly organised, reliable, and flexible with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong administration and coordination skills with great attention to detail
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable problem-solving in fast-paced situations
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively across creative and operational teams
  • Previous experience in a coordinator, admin, or production support role (creative industry experience is a bonus but not essential)
