The ideal candidate will have experience in a senior leadership post and a full understanding of leading improvement across a school. They should be able to talk about their leadership skills and the impact of improvement activities on outcomes for learners. Experience of leading a team, including leading a working group or staff team to drive improvement, is also essential.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead one of our larger urban schools and support the school community to demonstrate the school values of courage and compassion. The successful candidate will be supported by a school leadership team, including two Depute Headteachers, a Principal Teacher of the Intensive Support Provision, and a senior Early Childhood Practitioner.
