**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Professional to join our national team, representing a key client partner in the FMCG sector.

As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to work in various retail channels and be responsible for delivering field marketing and merchandising sales solutions to our clients.

You will implement their retail marketing plans in store with the goal of ensuring their product is visible, accessible, and available to consumers at all times.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and utilize store intelligence data to drive further sales and opportunity-based selling.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Merchandising products within Grocery, Discount Department, and Petrol Channels
  • Creating point-of-sale displays, completing planograms, and ensuring products are well-stocked and maintained
  • Negotiating shelf space with managers to leverage market share
  • Checking stock levels for stores and liaising with store managers
  • Developing strong relationships with key personnel in all stores
  • Reporting accurate data upon completion of each visit
  • Providing feedback and relevant data to Field Managers

**Location:** You will be working across the Wollongong area, visiting suburbs including Bowral, Shellharbour, and surrounding areas.

**Hours/Days:** This Part-time role is 14 hours per week, preferably across Wednesday to Friday, but days are flexible.

  • Previous merchandising or retail sales experience within FMCG (particularly Grocery stores)
  • Strong relationship-building skills and negotiation skills
  • Creatively minded, thinks outside the box

  • Valid driver's license and reliable car
  • Able to work in an autonomous role
  • Attention to detail and pride in work
  • Excellent time management skills and positive attitude
  • Able to competently use technology
