Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist - Opportunity in Dynamic CAMHS Team

This is an exciting chance to contribute to the development of a dynamic team in the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) in Perth.

  • Deliver high-quality clinical management and treatment to patients of the service, upholding professional standards and fostering an academic environment that supports education, research, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist psychiatric care to patients through diagnostic and consultative services.
  • Actively contribute to teaching, research, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance professional development and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hold registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Possess Fellowship (or pending Fellowship) with the Royal Australian New Zealand College of Psychiatrists or equivalent qualification.
  • Completion of the Certificate in Advanced Training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (RANZCP) or equivalent is highly desirable.
