We are seeking a seasoned landscape architect to spearhead our team's landscape solutions for various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge landscape designs.
  • Lead concept and technical design packages, ensuring efficient and cost-effective outcomes.
  • Manage the commercial aspects of landscape design commissions, meeting time targets.
  • Mentor and supervise team members, promoting growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Oversee all phases of the design process, from concept to documentation and report writing.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture or equivalent.
  • Australian Institute of Landscape Architects (AILA) registration is highly desirable.
  • In-depth understanding of Western Australian environmental conditions and plant knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant CAD-based programs.
  • Proven project delivery and management skills, including time and resource management.
  • Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Aptitude to lead and contribute landscape architectural input on large projects.
  • Experience writing proposals and contributing to submissions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.
