Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Representative to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.

About the Role
  • Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, providing assistance and support as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and tidy at all times.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a Point of Sale (POS) system, processing transactions and managing stock levels.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, assisting customers with purchases and recommendations.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
