- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare management, business administration)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership or management role within a healthcare setting
- Demonstrated expertise in patient flow management, process improvement, and team leadership
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
