
Reliability Engineer for Spacecraft Development

This role requires an experienced Reliability Engineer to work closely with our manufacturing and design teams to develop and implement processes that ensure high-quality spacecraft components. The successful candidate will have expertise in reliability engineering principles, tools, and techniques, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and implementing reliability engineering methods and tools to identify potential failure modes and mitigate risks
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and test spacecraft components and systems
- Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement in spacecraft reliability
- Developing and maintaining reliability metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a reliability engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles, tools, and techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
