Loan Originator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Originator to join our team. As a Loan Originator, you will be responsible for evaluating PrimeLending's financial products and services to determine the best solutions for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Evaluate loan products and services to identify optimal financial solutions.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, and sales representatives to generate business.
  3. Market and promote PrimeLending's financial products to potential clients.
  4. Meet production standards by collecting complete and accurate loan applications using PrimeLending's product set.
  5. Manage customer interactions from application to closing, including counseling and pre-qualifying potential homebuyers.
  6. Analyze customer income, assets, investments, and debts to provide informed advice.
  7. Advise customers on different loan options, explaining their advantages and disadvantages.
  8. Service existing customers by collecting necessary documents, fees, and lock-in information.
  9. Monitor loan status to ensure conformity with terms and communicate updates to all parties involved.
  10. Prepare and present loan terms and conditions to customers.
  11. Stay informed about local real estate market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments.
Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant licenses as required by the state.
  2. Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
  3. At least 12 months of loan originator experience.
  4. Strong communication and analytical skills.
  5. Ability to interact effectively with regional and corporate departments, realtors, and other partners.
  6. Active community involvement and professional networking.
  7. Ongoing industry knowledge expansion.
