The Human Resources Administrator plays a critical role in recruitment and contractor management, supporting a dynamic workforce with varied skills and qualifications.

This multifaceted role incorporates HR administration, recruitment, training administration, and adhoc projects, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

As part of our group team, you will report to and be mentored by the Human Resources Officer, contributing to the growth and development of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop professional advertisements and job vacancy marketing campaigns

- Carry out end-to-end recruitment, engagement, onboarding, and inductions of employees and contractors

- Establish strong sourcing strategies, talent pooling, and social networking recruitment tools

- Coordinate training for employees as required

- Organise short course external training

Requirements:

- Experience in fast-paced roles, preferably with a recruitment background

- Excellent written communication skills, capability to market vacancies and employer brand

- High attention to detail

- Ability to plan multiple priorities and manage differing stakeholder needs

- Positive attitude with willingness to learn on the job and take direction
