Store Operations Specialist

The role is based in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you can make a difference. As a Store Operations Specialist, you will deliver store operations activities to support a sales-focused culture and profitable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective store administration in line with standard procedures.
  • Manage cash handling and banking integrity.
  • Tender transactions and maintain systems access and data integrity.
  • Process store web sales and extended warranty claims.
  • Manage telephone management and enquiries.
  • Contribute to financial performance through effective inventory management and controllable expenses.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a consistent positive store and channel experience for customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries as required.

About the Role:
