About the RoleThis is a hands-on opportunity for a talented individual to lead our offshore customer service team based in the Philippines. As the Global Customer Support Leader, you will oversee and elevate our service standards, driving operational efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily operations of our customer service team, providing guidance and support to 3-4 other team members.
- Address complex customer issues and escalations with efficiency and a customer-first mindset.
- Develop training programs to boost team skills and confidence, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional service.
- Innovate and implement strategies to enhance service quality, aligning with business objectives.
- Collaborate with management to integrate customer service goals with overall company strategy.

- Extensive experience in customer service, with a proven track record of solving challenging problems.
