About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team, bringing their expertise in commercial fit-out and refurbishment to drive business growth.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely building estimation services, ensuring tenders are competitive and low-risk propositions. Your role will involve:

  • Preparing and submitting tenders
  • Evaluating and reviewing tender and estimating processes
  • Tender negotiations and presentations
  • Coordinating tender handovers to project teams

You will have the opportunity to work on a range of sectors, including Commercial, Retail, Education, and Hospitality, and will be expected to have a proven history in the local market.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience in D&B commercial fit-out/refurb estimating
  • Proven ability to tender on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client and subcontractor focus
