We are seeking an experienced and motivated educational leader to join our team as an Assistant Director. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and results-driven individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.

This role is ideal for someone who has a proven track record of delivering high-quality educational programs, developing positive relationships with team members, children, and their families, and leveraging their experience to drive quality improvement.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, able to manage multiple priorities and demands, and possess excellent organisational and time management skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the Centre Director on day-to-day operations and covering their role in their absence
  • Developing and delivering high standards of educational programs
  • Leveraging experience to support teams in understanding policy and procedure

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification
  • Current Senior First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with proven experience managing multiple demands and priorities

Desirable qualifications/experiences include previous experience as an Assistant Director or Lead Educator ready to step up into a Centre leadership role, knowledge and experience with Qikkids and Educa platforms.
