Risk Management Analyst

About the RoleAs a key member of our Governance, Reporting & Regulatory Services Squad, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of risks associated with our day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include reporting and regulatory interactions, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement and maintaining advanced risk management reporting to protect our customers, shareholders, and stakeholders.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver on regulatory requirements and other risk reporting activities, ensuring the integrity of risk data and liaising with stakeholders to enhance data quality. Your expertise in risk management and governance will be essential in preparing exemplary reporting of Non-financial Risks in Group Technology and ensuring compliance with internal reporting requirements.
As a collaborative and proactive team player, you'll drive discussion and change to uplift risk management practice within the Division, coordinating and managing meetings to support regulatory responses. You'll also support and assist Governance, Reporting & Regulatory squad members to deliver priorities and implement a culture within the Squad that encourages best practices around quality and documentation.
What We're Looking For- Effective communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders within the Division and in country ANZ teams.
- A can-do attitude to deliver squad priorities.
- Superior attention to detail when performing tasks.
- Demonstrated experience in producing divisional and executive risk reporting.
- Ability to manage own time and prioritise workload and deliverables.
- Intermediate skills in MS Office suite (excel, PPT, and word).
- The desire to learn and build on new and existing skills and capabilities.
- Knowledge and ability to process, map, and transform data from raw form ensuring it is valuable and appropriate for analytics and downstream consumption.
- Ability to manage the output of exemplary analysis (of key risk information e.g. controls, treatments, risks, events, incidents, and audit issues, etc.) and translate such data into a consumable product for executives, boards, and sub-committees.
- ServiceNow CSA Certification and JIRA.
