Key Responsibilities- Manage claims across a range of risk classes, such as Property, Public Liability or Professional Indemnity, utilizing your expertise in at least one of these risk classes.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure open communication and effective collaboration.
- Maintain and build relationships with insurers and the global Aon network, fostering strong partnerships.
- Reserve and investigate initial claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Lodge claims in a timely manner, meeting regulatory requirements.
- Provide advice to clients on claim mitigation and claim management strategies.
- Deliver effective presentations to both internal and external stakeholders, showcasing your expertise.
- Manage the claim lifecycle from notification through to closure, ensuring seamless execution.
- Develop strong client relationships to facilitate successful outcomes for clients.
- Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, including service providers, brokers, and underwriters.
- At least 2 years of experience in a legal background or 3-4 years of experience working as a Claims Consultant at an insurer.
- Ability to take on additional role responsibilities and senior tasks, demonstrating your capacity for growth.
- Strong customer service focus, prioritizing client satisfaction.
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills, ensuring timely delivery of results.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, driving positive outcomes with key stakeholders.
- Outcome-focused, with the ability to overcome obstacles and deliver designated outcomes.
