Now part of USSC, Lyons continues to grow, offering opportunities to work on innovative systems in a dynamic and supportive environment.Due to growth and expansion, we're looking for multiple experienced Trades Assistants to join our Filtration installation team based in Kewdale.The roleAs an experienced Trades Assistant, you will assist in the installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and electronic components in heavy equipment.
You will also be involved in testing, installation, and repair of air-conditioning, pressurisers, filters, and other systems on small, medium, and heavy vehicles and equipment.
Lyons specializes in heavy mining industry solutions focused on air filtration and air conditioning.
You will have the opportunity to be involved in the installation and repair of various internal and external electrical and filtration systems.Our ideal candidate will have:Minimum of 3 years trades assistant or installation experience requiredProven ability to multi-task, be proactive, and meet deadlinesExceptional interpersonal skillsIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skillsExperience working on automotive mechanical, electrical, and air-conditioning systemsHR Driver's License (preferable)Travel distance of 20-30 Kms or less to Kewdale from residence (preferable)Note: Candidates must have permanent Australian working rights to apply for the role.What we offerTraining and Development9 Day fortnight rosterPart of a collaborative and supportive teamThe benefits of working for a small company backed by the support and resources of a large organisationWe don't just excel in what we do—we enjoy doing it
