Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Architect with a strong background in architecture frameworks, security, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will be able to design and implement comprehensive M365 solutions tailored to client needs, encompassing all M365 workloads including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Intune, Teams, and Entra ID.

  • Design Enterprise Architecture: Create detailed design documents that outline solution architecture and implementation plans.
  • Migrate Tenants: Lead and execute M365 Tenant-to-Tenant migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of M365 technologies, industry trends, and best practices to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Implement Solutions: Develop and implement Microsoft 365 solutions based on best practices and guidelines from the Microsoft 365 Solution and Architecture Centre.
  2. Automate Tasks: Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks and enhance the efficiency of M365 implementations.
  3. Troubleshoot Issues: Provide support in troubleshooting prominent technical issues related to M365 environments as required.
  4. Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects and fulfillment of client requirements.
  5. Document Processes: Provide thorough documentation for operation handover and knowledge sharing, ensuring smooth transitions and ongoing support.

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading and delivering complex M365 projects.
  • Tenant Migration Expertise: Expertise in M365 Tenant-to-Tenant migrations and respective tools and process.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills across all M365 workloads, including Active Directory and Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and Teams Voice, Intune, Application Packaging, Windows 11 migrations.
  • Infrastructure Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of on-premises infrastructure, including Active Directory, servers, networks, EUC, and applications.
  • Automation Proficiency: Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administrative tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Teamwork: Able to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
