We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Property Manager to lead our portfolio of 180 properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all aspects of property management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of 180 properties, maintaining high standards of service and compliance.
  • Provide administrative support and assistance with leasing activities, fostering strong relationships with clients and tenants.
  • Oversee property maintenance, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and meet the required standards.
  • Handle any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently, keeping all parties informed and satisfied.
About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property manager looking to take on new challenges and responsibilities. You will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations.

What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of [estimated salary] per annum, negotiable based on experience.
  • Prior experience in property management, preferably in a similar role.
  • A current COR/Licence or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to manage relationships effectively.
  • Familiarity with Property Tree is preferred but not essential.
  • The ability to manage a busy workload and prioritize tasks efficiently.
