Effective executive leaders are essential in overseeing the strategic direction and operational performance of an organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, monitor, and report on an Operational Plan that aligns with the client's Strategic Plan to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices, sector reforms, and emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing/accreditation and risk frameworks by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
  • Maintain contract compliance by ensuring service delivery, human resources, and expenditure align with contractual obligations and allocated budget.
  • Provide regular reports and briefs to senior management and relevant governance committees on progress against the Operational Plan, KPIs, and risk.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • A bachelor's degree in social or behavioural sciences, social work, or psychology (or related discipline) and a minimum 5 years of relevant managerial experience within community services and housing sectors.
Selection Criteria
  • Demonstrated strategic leadership capabilities, including positive change management fundamentals and ability to drive business growth.
  • Management-level experience in government relations, funding, and growth across diverse portfolios is highly desirable.
  • Contemporary knowledge of principles, practices, theory, and philosophies that underpin service delivery approaches towards positive outcomes.
  • A high degree of drive, initiative, motivation, and outcome orientation, with the capacity to think strategically and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships and share specialist knowledge within a team environment.
  • Strong financial capability and commitment to producing good financial results.
