Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our dynamic team as a Store Inventory Manager. This key role will be responsible for overseeing the inventory cycle, ensuring safe and efficient management practices across the store.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the inventory cycle within the store, ensuring timely receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise.
  2. Foster a productive, clean, and safe work environment, prioritizing team member safety and well-being.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and expenses, driving business growth and profitability.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience, driving sales and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in big-box or high-volume retail environments, preferably in inventory management or logistics roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven initiatives, motivating teams to excel in their performance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with team members, peers, customers, leaders, and stakeholders.
  • Retail administration experience, including rostering, stock management, and strategic planning.
