Job Description
  • Manage the inventory cycle within the store, including receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise.
  • Build and coach a high-performing team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Forecast and plan daily work and resource requirements to ensure seamless operations.
  • Implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and expenses, improving profitability for the store.
  • Oversee safe and efficient inventory management practices across the store, prioritizing customer satisfaction.

About You

  • You have prior experience in big-box or high-volume retail environments, with a proven track record of driving results and motivating teams.
  • You possess excellent leadership skills, fostering strong relationships with colleagues, peers, and customers alike.
  • You understand the importance of safety leadership, having championed initiatives in high-volume environments.
  • You have retail administration experience, including rostering, stock management, and strategic planning.
