Electrical Supervisor Role

This position requires a seasoned electrical professional to lead and coordinate electrical crews across diverse infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, the ability to mentor and support tradespeople and apprentices, manage resources and schedules to meet project deadlines, monitor works, resolve issues, and mitigate risks. Additionally, they will maintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards, while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate electrical crews across diverse infrastructure projects
  • Mentor and support tradespeople and apprentices
  • Manage resources and schedules to meet project deadlines
  • Monitor works, resolve issues, and mitigate risks
  • Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Current QLD Electrical Worker's Licence & Manual Driver's Licence
  • 5+ years' experience in electrical construction
  • Supervisory or leadership experience
  • Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills
  • Commitment to safety and quality practices
Desirable Skills
  • Experience on Energex/Ergon networks
  • HV infrastructure, substations, large customer connections
  • Overhead/underground reticulation
  • TMR networks including Rate 3 lighting
