We're seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead our data efforts, delivering clear and compelling insights that inform strategic decisions across the organization.

  • Lead Our Data Efforts:
  • Co-design and manage our central data warehouse and pipelines;
  • Deliver predictive and strategic insights that influence org-wide decisions;
  • Translate complex data into actionable dashboards and written insights;
  • Lead and support our Data Insights Support Officer;
  • Work with teams to define KPIs, track progress, and build decision-ready reporting;
  • Contribute to data governance, modeling logic, and best practices;

Key Requirements:

  • Experience managing or building a data warehouse;
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and at least one of R or Python;
  • Ability to communicate complex insights clearly, visually, and with impact;
  • Experience in data modeling, analytics, or forecasting;
  • Curiosity, self-motivation, and enthusiasm for challenges;
  • Mentoring or leading others (formal or informal);
  • Enjoying cross-functional collaboration and supporting non-technical users to use data effectively;
