Senior Manager

We are seeking a Senior Manager with a passion for real estate to join our Deal Advisory Tax team.

  • Structuring inbound investment structures and taxation of trusts and managed investment trusts.
  • Tax due diligence and transaction document review.
  • Assisting clients with tax compliance, including preparing and/or reviewing trust and company tax returns.
  • Researching and analysing technical tax issues.
  • Transaction-related ATO and FIRB correspondence.
  • Supporting business development initiatives and proposals.
  • Mentoring, developing and leading teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A tax professional with transactional experience.
  • A commitment to client service with a proven track record of developing strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong tax technical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work in a team environment, supervise and mentor team members.
