We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marine Parts Interpreter to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in guiding customers through the marine parts process, from initial inquiry to final delivery.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of marine parts, including outboard motors, and be confident in their ability to communicate with customers via phone and online sales platforms.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Sourcing and identifying marine parts for customers and internal teams
  • Assisting the sales team with booking service work and managing inventory levels
  • Preparing and delivering parts as required, and processing payments in a timely manner

Key skills and qualifications for this role include:

  • 3+ years of experience in spare parts interpreting and managing stock
  • Proficiency in marine dealer management systems (DMS) and parts cataloguing software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to safely lift and handle parts weighing up to 20kg
  • Current driver's license and willingness to operate a forklift
