Real Estate Professional Career Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections
  • Advise on renter selection/owner liaison
  • Prepare condition reports and lease agreements
  • Lodgement of bonds
  • Key management
  • Management of invoices for owner utility accounts and onboarding of water (renters)
  • Relief at lunch receptions
  • Private appointments with renters
