Pacific Health and Wellbeing is a dedicated allied health practice comprising occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and physiotherapists. Our mobile community service, telehealth, and in-clinic appointments cater to diverse client needs.

Competitive Salary and Benefits

We offer a salary that aligns with experience and includes superannuation. In addition, relocation assistance of up to $3,500 is available. Other benefits include a company vehicle, professional development allowance, leave, laptop, phone, and professional indemnity insurance.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves providing high-quality speech therapy services across the lifespan. You will conduct standardized and non-standardized assessments and reports for children and adults of all abilities. Collaboration with clients and stakeholders to identify and implement effective therapy programs is essential.

You will engage in professional development opportunities to support best practice service delivery and participate in identifying new client opportunities and referrals. For experienced speech pathologists, sharing knowledge and supervising/supporting other staff members is expected.

Work Environment

You will work in Darwin and surrounding areas, with opportunities for remote work, including Wadeye and the Tiwi Islands. This role offers a unique blend of clinical work and professional growth.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • SPA Membership
  • NDIS Disability Worker Screening clearance & Ochre Card, or an ability to obtain
  • Current driver's license
  • Excellent communication and computer literacy skills
  • Full vaccination against Covid-19
Relocation Support

The Northern Territory PHN may offer relocation support and clinical educational financial assistance to health professionals relocating to the NT or moving within the NT to a greater remoteness area classification for employment and further clinical education purposes.
