Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional individual to support our Centre Director in prioritising and building the centre's attendance pipeline.
The successful candidate will deliver a high standard of customer service, including responding to enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to increase centre attendance, providing exceptional customer service to families and children, managing administrative tasks efficiently, and maintaining strong relationships with families and community members.

- Manage key business administration tasks, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
