Drug Addiction Specialist

Clinicians are required to assess and provide individualized care plans for individuals with drug and alcohol problems. Key responsibilities include collaborating with other health professionals to deliver comprehensive care, participating in quality improvement activities to enhance service delivery, providing education and support to clients and their families, assessing clients with drug and alcohol problems, and developing and implementing individualized care plans.
Requirements:
- A current unrestricted Registered Nurse registration with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- A minimum of two years clinical experience working in the drug and alcohol sector
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in drug and alcohol clinical practices and treatment interventions
- The ability to communicate effectively with clients, family members, and other healthcare professionals
- Intermediate computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office suite
