About the Opportunity

We are expanding our operations in South Australia, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the region. This growth has created new roles within our team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing strong customer service solutions to visitors, contractors, and clients
  • Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security and safety risk
  • Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification
  • Providing support to tenants and facilities
  • Managing contractors and deliveries through dock management
  • Responding to emergency situations
  • Contractor management duties
  • Ad-hoc duties

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
  • Ability to work in a rotational roster (nights/days/weekends)
  • Australian citizen or hold unlimited work rights
  • Previous experience in corporate real estate contracts (highly desirable)
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
  • Demonstrated ability in the use of computers and security-related systems (access control, CCTV, Microsoft programmes)
  • Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods
  • Valid SA security license (including monitoring subclass)
  • Crowd control endorsement will be highly desirable
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
