Customer Experience Representative
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to maintain the cleanliness of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the restaurant meet our high standards of quality and safety.
Your duties will include:
- Maintaining the cleanliness of customer areas, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning chairs and tables, toilet cleaning, re-stocking amenities, and window cleaning.
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste in a responsible manner.
- Assisting with food preparation and service as needed.
- Providing exceptional customer service to our guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be well-presented, friendly, and organized. You should also be adaptable to a fast-paced environment, able to deliver a high level of customer service, and a great team player. A police check is required if you are selected (for applicants over 18 years only), and you must have full working rights in Australia.
Requirements
Prior experience in cleaning is preferred but not essential. If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you
