Cleanliness Specialist

We are seeking experienced and skilled individuals to work in our emergency department as Environmental Services Assistants. This role is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and providing efficient patient transportation.
- Cleanliness and Maintenance: Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors by cleaning equipment, reporting maintenance issues, and performing general cleaning tasks.
- Patient Transportation: Transport patients using a bed mover (training provided onsite) to all areas of the hospital efficiently and safely.
- Waste Removal and Supply Stocking: Remove soiled linen from the emergency department to the collection area, waste removal from the emergency department to the collection area, and stock supplies as required.
This role also involves working outdoors at times, documenting tasks, and following infection control principles and OHS guidelines.
