General Practice Nurse Position

Nurse General Practice is a highly rewarding profession where you will collaborate with an experienced team to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic medical environment.
- Support healthcare professionals with thorough patient assessments, examinations and treatments.
- Administer vaccinations and medications as prescribed by qualified physicians.
- Perform various clinical procedures such as wound care, ear syringing and venipuncture.
- Conduct comprehensive health screenings and assessments including chronic disease management and preventive care.
- Deliver patient education and counseling on various health topics including medication management, lifestyle modifications and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical records systems.
- Foster collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and referrals.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adherence to clinical guidelines and protocols.
- Enrolled/Registered Nurse qualification and current registration with the relevant authority.
- Previous experience working as a General Practice Nurse or in a primary care setting is advantageous.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients, colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems is necessary.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development is expected.
