  • Providing technical guidance and support to site staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating with project stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution

Requirements for this role include:



  • Proven experience in subdivision projects or local government projects, with a strong background in site and project management
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and mentor team members
  • High-level planning, budgeting, and analytical expertise, with a focus on achieving corporate and client objectives
  • Strong understanding of regulatory, governance, and community requirements
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-volume work environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
