About the Role

SEE Group is seeking a highly skilled Civil Foreman to join our Urban Development teams based in the Caboolture region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day on-site activities to deliver effective and cost-efficient project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of site personnel to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Collaborate with site supervisors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring project continuity and quality.

Requirements

  • Background in plant operation, construction, and delivery processes, with experience in actual project delivery.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and quantify project plans, standards, and specifications effectively.
  • Highly effective planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to indirectly lead, motivate, and influence others.
  • Strong safety initiative and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
