Position Overview
VetPartners is in search of a dedicated Veterinary Nurse with strong leadership capabilities to take on the role of Practice Manager for a temporary position covering maternity leave.
We are a well-established small animal veterinary clinic recognized for our commitment to providing exceptional care to our patients.

About Our Organization

Our clinic offers a comprehensive range of veterinary services, including consultations, vaccinations, a diverse array of surgical procedures, dental and medical care, as well as in-house blood testing and X-ray services.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a proactive Practice Manager and Veterinary Nurse who appreciates work-life balance, values team dynamics, and is committed to fostering a collaborative environment.
- A strong interest in leadership and a commitment to team development and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
- A Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing along with relevant clinical experience is required.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Ezyvet software is a plus.
- Proficiency in all aspects of veterinary nursing and customer interactions.
- A high level of skill in monitoring anaesthetics is essential.
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- A diligent and hands-on approach to work responsibilities.
- A willingness to engage with enthusiasm and apply nursing skills effectively.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
This is a full-time contract position to cover maternity leave for our current Practice Manager. This role presents a remarkable opportunity to advance your veterinary nursing career.
