About the Role
We are looking for a Practice Manager who values work-life balance, team culture, security, and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have:
- A passion for Leadership and desire in developing a team and maintaining a healthy work culture
- Cert IV in Vet Nursing and clinical experience are essential
- An ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of the team
- Ezyvet experience advantageous
- Confident in all aspects of vet nursing as well as customer interactions
- A high level of skill in monitoring anaesthetics is necessary
- Exceptional customer service skills with strong client relationship building abilities
- A hard working and a hands-on approach to your work
- A willingness to get involved with energy and drive, and utilise nursing skills
- Effective time management and organisation skills
About You
This role is a Full-time contract (12 months) to cover Maternity Leave for our beloved Practice Manager. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including above award remuneration* (based on experience), on-site staff parking, and a supportive work environment.
